SUPPLY CENTER and LOCOMOTIVE AUTOMATION SYSTEM

SUPPLY CENTERS AUTOMATION SYSTEM

Sensors are installed on existing tanks in supply centers to obtain information about product level, quantity and tank temperature. The fillings to be made from the dispensers to the relevant tanks or supply from the tanks to the locomotives are recorded. All these data can be reported as input and output in the automation system, monitored by shifts and transmitted to the central automation system.

LOCOMOTIVE AUTOMATION AND
LOCOMOTIVE RECOGNITION SYSTEM

The industrial PC on the locomotives provides information about open-closed positions of tank covers, hot running information of the locomotive as well as position and speed. In addition, fuel level-temperature information in the locomotive tanks are detected with the sensors installed on the locomotive tank. This information is transferred online to the central software via GSM. When the locomotive enters the supply center, it notifies its arrival in that station to the supply center automation via RF communication on it. When filling is desired, the amount of automation fuel is also reported via RF channel and safe filling information is provided according to this information.
